Available only on an exclusive use basis, this barn-style, country house wedding venue essentially becomes your home for 24 hours; from 11am on the morning of your special day through to 11am of the following day. Licensed for civil ceremonies both inside and out, Cain Manor can seat up to 123 guests for your wedding breakfast, and later is able to accommodate up to 170 guests for your evening party. With Cain Manor all to yourself, you and your guests can truly relax, taking in every moment of your unique celebrations.

Cain Manor’s onsite accommodation allows you to continue enjoying precious time with your closest friends and family overnight and the morning after your special day. The spacious Master Suite and further 13 guest bedrooms are all decorated beautifully to match the overall feel of the country house and estate. A swimming pool and tennis court can also be found within the grounds of the wedding venue; ideal for couples with their friends and families wishing to relax and enjoy the glorious setting pre-or post-wedding.

Overlooking the North Downs, the breath-taking grounds at Cain Manor boast several finely-maintained feature gardens and a wild-flower meadow; creating picture-perfect photography opportunities. Among all of the picturesque places within the gardens sits the beautiful Parterre garden, often a favourite for those romantic couple shots that you will treasure forever.

The main reception room, the Library, boasts two beautiful fire-places which create a perfectly warm and cosy feeling for those winter wonderland moments in the countryside. The secret Minstrels Gallery, an unexpected surprise, overlooks the barn-style Music Room and is home to the grand Piano, which happens to play itself, creating the perfect atmosphere for your Wedding Banquet.

This elegant Music Room, which features stunning cathedral windows and high ceilings, is a magnificent (yet intimate) setting for your ceremony and, later, for your wedding banquet and dancing.
